7 in 10 employers can't find the talent they need — and the solution starts long before graduation. Amazon RME has partnered with Pathful to provide career exploration content that showcase our roles to students from 6th-12th grade. Across all 50 states students can explore careers, build real-world skills, and see themselves in the jobs of tomorrow.

Before your event, please take a moment to review the resources in the Event Toolkit — it has everything you need to feel prepared and confident. The toolkit includes communication templates, presentation decks, talk tracks, flyer and poster templates, and more! A few quick reminders:

- Notify us about your session using the Pre-Event form

- Dress the part — Amazon RME branded clothing or your typical work uniform is required if you'll be on camera

- Share your experience — after your event, complete the Post-Event form to let us know how it went
